Brittany Martin

Brittany Martin began her dance journey in high school, quickly falling in love with the art form and the confidence inspired in her and others. In 2017, she founded Eclectic Dolls Dance Company near her hometown in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she and her team introduced dancers to a wide range of styles including majorette, hip hop, ballet and more.

Now living in the Coastal Bend, Brittany is the co-founder of Girls That Give (GTG), where she cultivates a safe space helping members express themselves in positive, empowering ways while taking action to give back to their community. Teaching for over a decade, her passion has always been teaching young girls self-acceptance and helping them uncover their inner confidence. Brittany believes that with the right guidance and support, dance can help young people find their voice, their strength, and their love for themselves.

Tiara Michele co-founded Girls That Give with a simple belief: dance has the power to change lives, both on and off the stage.

A Galveston, Texas native, Tiara has spent over a decade teaching, choreographing, and performing, but her proudest work is creating spaces where movement meets meaning. With GTG, she blends her love for dance with her passion for giving back—partnering with community leaders, inspiring young dancers, and offering free quality training to members so that cost is never a barrier to creativity. Beyond the studio, Tiara is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), using her organizational expertise to build programs and events that are impactful, polished, and lasting. For her, it’s not just about the steps; it’s about the confidence, joy, and connection that dancers carry with them long after the music stops.
